DL's tree has too much and MK's tree needs a few more ornaments IMO. But then agian I can't stand decorations all over the park in any capacity or for any holiday.

Yeah but hey that's just me. I was out at DL in September and noticed they still had the patriotic and half-moon flags all over Main Street. I would've figured that those would go up around Memorial day and go down just after the 4th of July. Maybe they stay up thru Sept. 11th now? I just like to see the parks in their original splendor. To each their own I guess.

The patriotic overlay of bunting and lamppost flags for Disneyland's Main Street USA goes up in late May, just in time for Memorial Day weekend, and gets taken down after September 11th as they change over to Halloweentime. This year Halloweentime began on September 16th.

DL's tree looks more realistic, while wdw's is more like the fake ones from the 60's or 70's.

DL's tree is right on par to some other local trees, here's the tree at Fashion Island, a beautiful tree filled with ornaments.

I'm pretty sure Fashion Island still does a real tree, which I do wish DL kept the tradition of. But the "Wintertime Enchantment" helps it go over the top as in something only Disney can do. It would be really sad and pathectic if a mall's tree was better than a Disney tree looking at you MK.
I mean MK used to have a very pretty tree no? (according to the flickr page its from 1989) Talk about downgrade :xmas:
