To me, Boma is easily the best buffet. I've heard good things about Trail's End, like here

We'll have to try those places next year...
were there in Dec and had breakfast at 1900 park faire in the grand floridian...We really liked the buffet and enjoyed the characters...kids became a fan of the Mad Hatter.
