Waverunner excursion.

Okay, so. I'm leaving for a Disney cruise in about 7 months or so. It's the first cruise I've ever been on, let alone first Disney cruise. I'm signed up for the waverunner excursion on Castaway Cay. Anyone ever done this one before? I have a waverunner of my own. But I live in Washington state. Sure, it gets hot, but it's far from tropical. I'm very excited. Anyone who's done it, give me your impressions? How it was? etc?

My daughter and I did the jetski excursion. She'd never been on a jetski before and said it was the most "fun terrifying thing" she'd ever done. I think that meant that she liked it.

There were about 10-15 of us in our group. Essentially, they take you single file away from the family beach until you get to the open water. Then they let you open it up. They say you're not supposed to do tricks, or jump the wake, etc. But our group leader was pretty laid back and the more experienced riders were able to be a little adventurous.

I can't remember how long we were out there. I would guess it was 45 - 60 minutes. I really enjoyed it. I'm sure that we'll do it again in the future so that my daughter can drive.
