most people who have been floridians for a while usually stop doing the water parks by the beginning of october...since most people seem to think it's cold if it's below 85 degrees outside. when i lived in orlando (growing up) we were always at the beach or water parks by february and didn't stop unless the weather dictated. we have a lot of nov/dec photos from when i was growing up that we were at one or the other. for instance even the week of christmas 2008 we were at wdw wearing shorts and tank tops it was so warm so i'm sure there were a lot of people hitting the water parks that week. the "spring" lasts about a week or two here and is in generally in february. the last of any cooler (less than 90s) temps ends by the second week of march. in fact it's rare that we're not in our pool regularly by mid march and we live 2 1/2 hours north of orlando now. the biggest thing is that fall/winter and what little we get of spring the temps can be all over the place. for instance last week the highs were in the low to mid 80s, this week in the low 90s but in two days it's supposed to be a high of 80 here. winter can jump from hot to cold over night...welcome to florida.

Thanks for your advice on the Water Parks. do you think it's safe after my bosses at Contemporary Resort get to know me more better. it would be ok to ask permition to use the hot tubs spas at Wilderness Lodge after working hours or on day's off? that resort has the best hot tubs spas, outside with the cooler outdoor winter temperatures. take daypack with swim suite change in bathroom. again I would ask permition.

This is beginning to look like spam. But, I will answer anyway.

It doesn't matter how well your bosses know you. Only resort guests may use the pools and hot tubs at any WDW resort. As a CM, if you are caught, you will be reported to your department supervisor and you will get a repremand or dismissal.

If you would like to use the pool at WL, you can use your CM discount and book a room. Then you will be considered a guest at the WL. Keep in mind, as a CM, you are always representing the company no matter if you are on the clock or not.
