Water park north of AK?

While looking at Disney property on Google Earth, I noticed a water park just north of DAK. It looks like its on Disney property, but it's probably not. It's not Blizard Beach, as it's further west. Anyone know what this is. Google Earth isn't labeling it.

If i'm looking at the same thing, it's showiung as "Orange Lake Resort River Island". I have zoomed right in on Google earth and there are a few photos, doesn't look anything special.

Yup. The Tree of Life is also visible, just to the right of Everest.

Based on what you've said, it sounds like the Legends at Orange Lake "River Island" property.
