I want to pre-measure some detergent. The front loaders take half as much as the top loaders, so I want to be ready.

Actually, I just found some Purex tablets from a couple of years ago. Just wanted to know how many to take.

Umm, I don't think the couple of bucks saved on detergent is worth the strange looks at airport security, my advice just buy it there.

Why would there be strange looks. Just bag it up good (or use my favorite appliance - the vaccum sealer) and stick it in your checked luggage.

I found some small bottles of concentrated All brand detergent in the samples section al Walmart. Each bottle was good for two loads. They were very small and worked great.
