Was there a parade at Animal Kingdom today?

January 5th marked the last day of Mickey's Jammin' Jingle Parade. All signs pointed that the original Jammin Jungle Parade would be discontinued to make place for the new nighttime entertainment coming somewhere between today and 2017.

Anyone at AK can give us a definite answer about the parade? Did it run today?

It did run and will continue to do so.

I don't see any reason why they can't or shouldn't have both a daytime parade and a night time show. DAK certainly could use all the entertainment it can get, especially if Disney really wants it to be an "all day park" and keep people engaged for full days.

Oh I agree! It's just that I've heard rumors stating the parade had run it's course and I'd liked some confirmations.

Good to know it's there and not going anywhere!

They don't need a reason to cancel parades and shows. Just look at Countdown to Fun and Disney Channel Rocks!

They should just get rid of those shows and put that time and money into the full parades.
