Anyone know where I could download a copy of that charming post show film? I'd also be willing to buy a copy on DVD on Fleabay.

Thanks in advance,

Hello fellow New Orleanian :). Sorry I can't help you on the vid though. I don't even know why you would even want it ;), jk, I usually skip it lol.

I hate to thread drift on my own thread....

But...

I went to Disney to work seasonally and visit during New Years...and I realized it is the happiest place on earth because it is not New Orleans. Life sucks down here right now.

OK, for starters, why did the bashers even click on this thread? Huh, huh? (...a la "Ellen's Energy Adventure")

But, I also like that movie for some reason. Yeah, it's corny and not particularly exciting, but hey, that's how a lot of WDW pre/post shows have been. Nevertheless, it's the little details and quirky things like that that are part of the Magic for each person!

I like the Norway movie and watch it each time I go. It makes me want to visit there one day, which I guess is part of the film's purpose since it's sponsored in part by SAS.

Same reason the anti-Tarzan Rocks brigade bash that show at every opportunity

As for the Norway video, I found a very small hand held cam copy some years ago. The video is about the size of a large postage stamp and very poor quality.

If there is a better version, you may find it on Disney-Central http://forums.wdwmagic.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=37734

barnum  is right; at Disney Central look for `Norway at Epcot by martin` - concepts and construction of the pavilion, full multi camera Maelstrom ride and the full `Spirit of Norway` movie.

-shameless plug!

#Disney-Central is probably your best bet.

The Norway CM's get so happy when a lot of people sit down to watch the movie. One time I went in and the film was malfunctioning and I was so sad and I think the CM's were glad I was disappointed about missing the film, haha.

Me too!

The EPCOT country films are a great get-away to places most folks will never get to visit!

The Norway film, in particular, is very well done and does a great job of capturing the essence of the country.

It was enough to make me request travel info to visit soon!

:sohappy:

Ummm.....I may be a bit late to the party on this one but....

Did #DisneyCentral close down their site??

I get this ominous message about trying to find a new place and a "Coming Soon" sign when I try to log in.
