Walt's original ideas for WDW?

Does anyone know how much of Walt's original plans for WDW actually survived and got built?

Here's my guess... can anyone confirm these? Magic Kingdom was originally planned with some different attractions, including different attractions for Fantasyland, and I don't know if Western River Expedition started development under Walt... I do know Space Mountain started development under Walt. The Contemporary, Polynesian, the never built- Venetian and the Mediteranian resorts. The monorail system and the TTC. Of course, the never-built EPCOT city of the future, the industrial park, the airport, and residential areas.

I don't know how much Walt wanted in the park attraction wise, but there is a picture of his hand-drawn concept map for the layout for WDW. It's actually not too far from the real one. MK and EPCOT Center are about in the right places (although EPCOT was very different at the time), also a camp ground, golf courses, a few hotels which I'm not sure were identified by name, and something called the swamp ride. I'm pretty sure it's in either "The Art of Disney: From Mickey Mouse to the Magic Kingdom" or "Disney Imageneering", but I'm not sure which.
