Can you think of an example where Universal rolled out a minor attraction that used the same technology as a much bigger attraction Disney was getting ready to debut a little later?

This is a unique situation. Trying to compare it to other stories seems silly to me.
it was just a question it was not ment to be sarcastic

Wow...some of you people kill me! :ROFLOL: Any chance to bash Universal. Pretty obvious some are getting a weeeeeeee bit concerned.

The more things change...

Why the heck is this little sub attraction getting so much attention??? In today's Wahington Post, Raytheon had a full page color ad promoting the attraction, and I also saw the CNN article. Even Reuters for goodness sake has an article on this thing. Anyone think Raytheon is doing it? I just can't see Disney going through THIS much effort to promote this.
Maybe because it is a cool Attraction.:animwink:

Seriously! It's just in Innoventions.

Maybe we are wring and they want to put Inno in the spotlight? Hmm....wonder why.;):lookaroun
I saw the SoaT yesterday and was very impressed. Didn't get to ride it, but the robotic arm thing was very cool. However, it is in Innoventions, and the queue area wasn't large enough to handle lots of people.

It does spice up Innoventions though, and looks very thrilling.

With the attention it's getting is that necessarily a good thing for its capacity problem?
Hmm... national publicity, new technology, high hopes... Innoventions East is going to be very popular, for a change.

I just wonder how they'll handle the capacity if the queue that's small. Perhaps a Saturday trip might explain it. :lookaroun
