Does anybody else have this book? WALT DISNEY WORLD The First Decade

I bought it at a used book store about 2 years ago for $6.00 Mint condition ... and now disneyauctions.com has it currently at $40.00...

I have a 10 anniversary Disneyland Hard Cover book
In good condition.

I collect those books
I have them starting from 1957-1984 and I just picked up the 2002 version of Disneyland

It's on my shelf right now, right between the 1982 Walt Disney's EPCOT Center book and the 1972 The Story of Walt Disney World, Commemorative Edition. (All in mint condition.)
