OK, from here on it gets truly difficult.
To me the most disposable things remaining would be the EPCOT "thrill" rides: Test Track, Soarin', or even Cosmic Rewind (would love to eliminate that massive eyesore of a show building).
But I may have to strategically align myself with the Carousel of Progress faction, because that has had an awfully good run here, and it's wild to me that people are already reaching for Space Mountain or Pirates as low as #16.

I sympathize with the sentiment that our Pirates is the worst Pirates, which makes it feel kind of disposable. But ultimately.... WDW Pirates isn't that different from DL Pirates, and because of that, it's still one of the best dark rides at the resort. I actually even like a couple things about it more. Namely the queue.
For me... the ride that has to go next is either Soarin' or People Mover. And honestly, I'll have to go Soarin because while People Mover isn't anything crazy, I wouldn't want it gone. But Soarin', yeah, I'd be cool with them replacing it.
So my vote is for Soarin'

Soarin' has always been the lesser cousin of the West Coast original. I'm seconding that one, so maybe we can get something going here and give Pirates, Space, or even Carousel a reprieve for now.
It was a brilliant, innovative compromise, a thrill ride for people who don't like thrill rides (everyone's mom's favorite ride, in my experience), but I think it's been surpassed by the very similar Flight of Passage. Also, I hate the EPCOT queue...it takes foreverrrr to get outside the park where the theaters are. As ridiculous as this sounds, I genuinely wish it could be switched back to Food Rocks!
I've already made the case against Test Track upthread (i.e., the first 90% of the ride was pretty mid in both 1.0 and 2.0), but I would also note that it too has a (FAR) superior cousin at California Adventure in Radiator Springs Racers (or even at Tokyo DisneySea, Journey to the Center of the Earth is also a much more interesting use of the same ride system).
With both of these I'm like: do they belong in the top 16 rides at WDW? Sure, okay. Top 10? No way! And I definitely don't think we should put Test Track there by default just because none of us have ridden 3.0 in the past week. It doesn't sound THAT different.

That's probably the dagger...looks like there may not be a great big beautiful tomorrow for Rover and company. Still, a fair or even generous placement. I unconditionally love the Carousel of Progress. One of the Walt-iest things left in any park.
If you haven't experienced 3.0, then vote for the ride based on it's version before that, 2.0. They really aren't that different tbh. Simple.
I prefer LWTL over Pirates. Pirates is just so schlocky and terrible now. It was never great but now it's not even good. The pirates bidding on chickens, a country bumpkin sounding Redd and the "Where's Jack" IP integration ruined it completely for me. Soarin, even in its less-than state is still Soarin'. And COP should survive on merit alone plus where it's located doesn't really impact things one way or another. Peoplemover is GOAT.

Carousel of Progress has been eliminated and voted out! I think it ranked very good, it's a special, it was the only attraction that Walt actually designed himself in all of WDW. It also has one of the best theme park songs ever made, the positive, There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow! It's history and nostalgia is remarkable. Vote for which WDW ride to be voted out next!
