I don't think in our lifetime it would ever REALLY happen. Even if an outsider bought the park, a billionaire, they'd be stupid to change the name. The name "Disneyland" is almost a verb now rather than an actual name. It means something, it has a standard and a reputation. Would you visit Disneyland or "Bill Gates World"?
