Okay, playing 2023 and 2024 at the same time on YouTube side by side, it looks like the last burst of pyro is new. The 2023 version seems to have ended with the lasers fading out slowly, while the 2024 version goes out with more of a "bang" and has an extra burst of pyro right at the end.

They do double pyro on nights when they don't fire pyro during the first show, or they loaded pyro for the first one and it was canceled, so occasionally they do double pyro during the second show. Maybe that's what you're thinking of?
Could also just be something they just did for opening night, will be interesting to see if it continues on! I thought it was quite a nice ending!

And thanks for showing any sort of intellectual discussion is impossible with you.

You're taking my post way too seriously. Also, for someone talking about intellectual discussion, you literally implied anyone who liked the lights on SSE lacked taste. If you can't take a little jab back, I don't know what to tell you besides go take a breath.

Love DHS over the holidays but my one complaint it how short the music loop is overall. I feel like I start hearing repeats pretty quick.

Interesting. I didn't notice that the last time I was there during the Christmas season (November 2021 for a wedding, did a few park days while we were there), but perhaps they've shortened the loop since then.

I first noticed it in 2022 and again last year but don't remember it in previous trips before then. Not sure if it actually changed at some point (don't think it did) or I just became more aware of it.

$800 freaking dollars per person, for 5 hours, to eat some crappy food, have a glass of champagne and meet Tiana. I can't even.

November 29 is the next Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party date that has now sold out.

Here are the remaining dates with tickets available:
November: 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27
December: 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19
I’m not rooting against the mouse, but my Christmas wish is that failing to sell out without discounting makes them bring back the Holiday version of CBJ next year so I can shower them with money as a thank you.

Disney, if you’re listening, you can just throw back in the chorus of Blood on the Saddle and I’m good for 8 tickets on two November dates. 🤣
