Uh, you mean Walter Elias Disney? Eisner is Michael Eisner, President and CEO of the Walt Disney Corp.

And Walt never went near Swan or Dolphin, he never was in any of WDW while it was finished, he died before the Magic Kingdom opened.

Sorry about disneys name mistake. And even though he never got to see the construction of walt disney world that doesn't mean you still can't see his ghost there.

I saw what look liked Walt on DL's monorail. However, it was 10:30 at night, and I had been at the park since opening, and I may have been asleep.

How can he be frozen, when he is hanging around with Marilyn Monroe and James Dean in Hawaii?

Oh, wait a minute: that's Elvis! Sorry!

:hammer:

And, BTW: Walt Disney did in fact walk on WDW property, at least in the area of the then-proposed Magic Kingdom. Film of him walking to measure and survey the area appears on certain films, I think including "The Walt Disney Story" (a former attraction, now available in chopped form on a video and in widescreen form but still chopped a little off the side on the 100 Years of Magic souvenir disk).

Why are you mocking him?

It is possible that he saw Walts ghost.... its amazing what you can find at Disney World...

Once, I saw all the presidents' ghosts. I walked into an old building in Liberty Square, and there they all were!

Anyways, say hi to Walt for me text time you're at the Swan and Dolphin, ok?

Thanks :)

Disney's ghost at DL's PotC!

I've been a Disney fan all my life and have been to WDW every year or so since I was six! But until last month, I've never been to DL in Cali. Well, when I went last month I had an experience that gave me chills. I was on Pirates of the Carbbean.

You know the scene where the women are auctioned off? The auctioneered back off a few feet and turned his head over towards the boat I was in. He looked me dead in the eye, smiled and blinked before going back to his business of auctioning off the women. But during that moment, when he turned his head towards me, he did not look like an AA figure. He looked very alive. I felt the presence of a "soul" within him. Most rememberable were the eyes...

..how I reconized those eyes... I kept a photographic memory of those eyes. Later, I would see an old photo of Walt Disney. I know those eyes, I thought. Suddenly, my brain put one and one together... those were the eyes of the auctionner pirate! More specifically, the auctioneer pirate had Walt Disney's eyes! Or was it really Walt Disney's eyes, or the eyes of Walt's living ghost, surving eternally through the eyes of an AA pirate figure?

This one time, me and my friend Montavious Augustus Persimmon were walking through Frontierand when this big tall black guy with a shaved head walked up to us and asked which way the bathroom was, so we pointed him over to Peco's Bills.

Later on, in Tomorrowland, we saw the same guy eating a Mickey Head Ice Cream Bar (insert little "r" inside circle here) and it hit me: I had seen him somewhere before. Perhaps in a different terrestrial form, but still him, no doubt.

So me and Montavious walked up to him, and I said "Excuse me, sir, are you Walter Elias Disney reincarnated?" His eyes grew very small and he cocked his head as he loked at me and slowly opened his mouth to respond. I can still hear his words to this day:

"Are you f***in' batty, Kid? Name's Tyrone, I'm from Schenectady, and I'm lookin' for my wife."

I could almost hear the warm, fatherly tones that I had come to know from Dear Ol' Uncle Walt in his response.

As we walked away, some loon with a mustache and a sketchpad came up to us and said, "Never doubt the power of imagination and perserverance."

So Montavious kicked him in the shins and I yelled for Security. I looked around for Uncle Walt at this moment of need, but he had already vanished in the direction of the TTA, leaving only a trail of melted ice cream in his wake.

Montavious and I beat a quick run for it; the rest of the day, we looked for Walt, but we had the feeling he had ascended to another plane where his skills were more needed.

And that's exactly how it happened.
