Both SeaWorld and Universal outclass Disney when it comes to Christmas. Honestly, six flags does too, as does Dollywood, honestly just about everyone else. Does a lot more decor in the park than Disney. That decor is more impressive and the shows are included with regular park admission during the entire season. Not just after the very Merry Christmas parties.

WDW's Christmas (sorry, holiday season) decor and celebration really is pretty limited.

Don't forget Busch Gardens (which alongside Sea World has Rudolph & Friends).

1) Millions of Christmas lights adore on displays all around the park

2) 14 Holiday food booths

3) Meet and Greet with Santa

4) Rudolph's Christmas Town Meet and Greet (based from the classic claymation TV special)

5) Water Front with MAJOR snow Flurries on the water front (my friends and I think it's too much and we call them soap blizzards)

6) Sea of Trees night time show

7) Elmo's Christmas Wish Show

8) Sesame Street Christmas parade.

9) Oh Wonderous Night (major show)

10) Winter Wonderland (Major show)

11) Holiday Reflections Fireworks *

Minor offers of note:

1) two separate stages of live entertainment christmas music.

2) a Christmas sing-along in a live saxophone musician are the pre-show to the evening performance of orca counter.

3) two of their larger merchandise stores, one at the waterfront area and one at Antarctica area, have been completely restocked with Christmas merch. They offer a large variety of Christmas merchandise that is not specific to SeaWorld.

4) dancing ballerina in a large snow globe (minor show)

5) jump roping toy soldiers (minor show)

6) Elf's Story (minor show)

7) roaming stilt walkers

8) Holiday Garden Model Train Display

Plus for a fee you can add on

1) ice skating during the day time on the ice rink they use for Winter Wonderland on Ice

2) Sesame Street Breakfast

3) Dinner with Santa


Over 20 Christmas season offerings in ONE park. Most of which are included in Park admission.

Actually the Rudolph special was done in toymation. Busch Gardens alongside Stone Mountain Park and Silver Dollar City also has Rudolph and Friends out.

The class Rudolph TV special is "toymation" and not claymation? Did not know that, never really heard of toymation. I like it though

Because of crackdown on parking at all WDW resorts during the Christmas season now, if you want to see the Christmas trees at the resorts, it's walk, monorail, bus, boat, and skyliner now.

My route
  1. Park at TTC
  2. Express Monorail or ferry to MK
  3. Boat to WL - Tree
  4. Boat back to MK
  5. Resort Monorail to Contemporary - Gingerbread sculpture and tree outside
  6. Resort Monorail to Poly - Small Tree
  7. Resort Monorail to GF - Gingerbread house and tree
  8. Resort Monorail to MK
  9. Bus to Boardwalk - Tree and other decorations
  10. Boat to Beach/Yacht club dock
  11. Walk to Yacht lobby - Tree and other decorations
  12. Walk to Beach lobby - Tree and other decorations
  13. Skyliner to Riveria - Never been. Tree?
  14. Skyliner to HS (transfer at CBR)
  15. Bus to CSR - Tree
  16. Bus to AK - Tree outside
  17. Bus to AKL - Tree
  18. Bus to MK
  19. Ferry or Express Monorail back to TTC and car

Nice list!

An option to consider, although more time-consuming: Park at Springs, bus to WL to start the circuit, then finish the day at AKL and bus back to Springs.
