Just started my writeup for EPCOT! It will be in a Google Doc that I'll make public and share the link to.

If I can ask anything of you guys, it's that if you could all revisit Walt's 1966 EPCOT film, it would be greatly appreciated! You'll see why it's important to understand Walt's vision for EPCOT more once you see my ideas.

Dear MonorailRed,
I've just finished reading what we covered so far, and it's fair to say that it's great, and that I'm sorry for not finishing up Vapetram Peak due to my lack of creative juices. I hope I can make up by making an E-Ticket dark ride for the least worked on park; America Park. This dark ride is based the L.Frank Baum Oz series and will also be a suspended dark ride like Peter Pan's Flight (Shanghai Disneyland) and will be based in a early 1900s Midwest themed zone.
I hope you take this into consideration, and I also hope I will be able to complete Vapetram Peak soon.
Sincerely; your friends; S.P.E.W.

Every thing works except I went with the name being the Tropical Serenade because that was the name of the wdw version of the tiki room. And capacity might be a bit higher then that.

Perfect let me edit it quick!

The only reason I have a low number is because of the time it takes to eat a dinner buffet... not how long the Tiki Room Show is :hilarious: This is tricky :cyclops:

Disneyland's Capacity per show is 230... clumping the area into tables would probably be 170.... if we make the restaurant 8x the size of Disneyland's room... That's 1360.... 3 shows a night is 4,080.... So slow season for Dinner would be 2,040, while high season would be 4,080 guests.

Using the same math.... Breakfast would be different because people usually leave ever 15-30 minutes instead of an hour. So, that'd be like... 8 shows? o_O High season would be at max capacity with 10,880, while slow season would change a bit probably be down to 7,440.

Sound good? :bookworm:

@MonorailRed Home Base and the Clubs have elements of all those things included, but I think I have a good solution.

Red has it's own Transportation Center, so the one for EPCOT City I would leave be, no problem. There's no high school, but the Clubs incorporate an level of higher education for just STEM fields... maybe we could have a separate university for humanities in EPCOT City in the center, since it would be a epicenter of culture anyways?

There's no real formal Monorail Expansion except for a simple terminal at Red's TC, but @spacemt354, if you wanted to design the multi-story athletic complex for Red, I'd love to see your work! I don't know what your vision is, but let me know. I do have a killer, and I mean killer, idea for the stadium(s) concept, if you'd wanna collaborate!

Check this out!

So, I read this article published by Wired and watch it's video and was really inspired by it's theory. So, in terms on logistics, I have no idea how this would be feasible, but let me explain my idea in levels bare-bones:

Level E and D: Just like the 1966 plan, trucks and cars would past underneath EPCOT. Maybe the SIM Base and company could be around here, as well, but that's not important right now.

Level C: The TTC will be here. Same concept that Walt and company designed, but now with a central information kiosk, hospital, and ticket dispensary.

The further levels I'm not sure about, because I want them all to be open-air / open-concept, but at the same time, climate control is important. If the following doesn't make sense, just bare with me.

Level B: Simple culture-based shopping and restaurants, with some smaller-scale attractions (rock climbing themed to the Swiss Alps, scuba diving stimulator for Australia, small clubs for underground artists and art showings).

Level A: EPCOT Labs would be where artists come together to master their crafts and share them to the world on what will soon be the world's greatest stage. It'll be like the Clubs at EPCOT Red, but the attractions will be more like museums. If that doesn't make sense, hopefully it will when I write-up exactly what the Clubs are.

The centerpiece is EPCOT Labs' stadium. There is a bottom floor here on Level B like MSG, and a top floor, like MetLife; both floors can change and adapt to fit any concert and sporting event. The bottom floor will host some musical acts, plays, and some sporting events, but they will be mostly B-list acts while offering guests more options. Here also will be the museums I was talking about, but again, more independent, student-made, or residency-like showcases. The top floor will host things like headliners to music festivals and big Olympic events. Interconnected to both levels are high-end restaurants, clubs, shops, and museums like those of the Smithsonian.

Level Blue Sky: The hotel will be called the Blue Sky Cosmopolitan; it can be accessed from any level, but acts as the top level to EPCOT.

Sorry that it's a lot to take in, but I'd love to fully develop this idea soon!
