Walk me through our DHS day, pretty please?

We leave in 3 days...woohoo! We have a party of 14. 6 adults and 8 kids with our FP and ADRs made, this my family of 7's, 12th trip to WDW and we are comfortable with the DHS layout. Typically we would divide and conquer with DH taking our littles in the stroller to TSM for FP's and I take the big kids to Jedi Academy, then meeting at TSM for our 1st ride. Now we have the Frozen layer of rope drop maddness to consider. We would like to do the Frozen Sing Along and Frozen Fireworks and if in the area then would watch the mini parade.
I was thinking my Dad and Mom could take the stroller babies to TSM to park and wait (they are newbies to park but can read a map and follow a crowd). Husband and my Bro could take big kids to Jedi for sign up and my SIL and I find the Song along FP area and gather thoose...speaking of where is that FP area? I am guessing that we will need to stay in contact to make sure Jedi retun time doesn't overlap the Frozen Sing along time.
So please, oh wise WDW Masters, give me some guidence on our DHS AM plan...

You must know that Fast Pass has been replaced by Fast Pass +. There is no more need to run over to TSM to get FP you make those on line before you get to park. If you have not made your FP+ reservation the are places all over the park were you can do them.

Yes our FP+ has been made but were hoping for a quick ride on TSM...thus my question, please help me work out a rope drop plan.

I believe the Frozen sing a long is part of the regularFP+ system so no need to go and gather FP for that. Or did you purchase the Frozen premium package if that is still available? If you didn't then your old plan of everyone not needed at Jedi training sign ups going to TSMM should work fine.
