That's why they recently announced the deal to build a Four Seasons on property. This is a great idea to pull in the true luxury market.

Correct Disney knows what peopoe will pay for.

So if they'll pay $450 for the GF, then they'd probably pay $1k/nt for a truly elite resort.

This is why they are partnering with Four Seasons.

They have to be close to finishing the skeletion of the building now. Can it be seen from inside Epcot?

I should've clarified. A Disney owned/managed/branded true luxury resort, that wouldn't involve an outside party for anything other than as a supplier and/or consultant.
