If you did not buy the DVD special editions of Old Yeller, Pollyanna, Parent Trap, Swiss Family Robinson, Escape to Witch Mountain, 20,000 Leagues, Tron, Treasure Island, and the others that Wal-Mart has been stocking and prominently displaying over the last 6 months or so, you may have lost your chance to get them at a great price. I noticed this week that the Wal-Marts around us had taken them out. An employee confirmed that they had taken down the displays. Some titles were mixed in (few), but most were sent back.
They are still showing up on amazon.com and some on disneystore.com (though not in the Disney Store, where you would think they would be available anyway), but I don't know for how long.
These are great DVDs, with some of the best and most extensive archival special features that I have ever seen. Grab them if you like the classic live action and you can find them, before they go completely away.
