Just returned from the Wilderness Lodge. Noticed that the service is now changed. They require you to order at the register, and the food is now brought out to you. Is this a focus on better service? and is this happening at the other resorts?? Just curious. The new system is better organized, and eliminates the wait to pay while holding your prepared foods......

in my experience this is how it works at the deluxes, not at the moderates or values.

I think their aim in making this change was for exactly what you said - to be better organized. The room where guests order and pay is so small, during busy times it could get crowded & confusing.

Hmm that sounds interesting. When we stayed last year, it was quite crowded and chaotic in there. Hopefully this is an attempt to resolve that. Thanks for sharing!
