Visiting the Parks Again...

So I'm going to the parks again for spring break for my marching band.
Epcot - April 5th
Magic Kingdom - April 6th
Hollywood Studios/Animal Kingdom - April 8th

Also going to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure on April 7th.

On April 5th, my band get's to do some kind of music recording thing where we play the soundtrack of a movie and get a copy of it with what we played incorporated into it.
On April 6th, we get to lead the electrical light parade (I think we lead it).

It's supposed to be a really cool vacation for me.
I'm leaving April 1st, driving to Florida from Michigan, and getting to Cocoa beach sometime on Saturday. I'm meeting my band at Epcot on April 5th and staying with them in their hotel.
Now, enough of me boasting about my exciting trip, I need to ask a few questions.

As you know, you are allowed to have 3 fast passes per park, and I wanted to know which of the rides have the longest lines and at what times. We are on a strict schedule so it can't be too early or too late in the day.
Also, how long are lines typically during the first week of April? I hear that they're pretty long but I just want to confirm.
Thanks!

if you can't do rides early in the morning I'd just FP the best rides you can for the time your going to be in the parks. It depends what kind of rides you like too. For me, at Epcot I would FP Soarin, Test Track, and maybe Mission Space. Magic Kingdom would be Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Seven Dwarves Mine Train or Pirates of the Caribbean. Hollywood Studios is Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller Coaster, Star Tours, and Toy Story. Animal Kingdom would be Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest, and Dinosaur or maybe Kali River Rapids if it's hot. Keep in mind you can usually only pick two E-tickets of your three FP's and then load more if you have time. Hope I helped a little.

Yep they are pretty long! But ride your favorite during the parades/fireworks, before opening or after closing (Extra Magic Hours) and you will experience shorter wait times.
