Oh sweet Celestia! The Walt animatronic needs a little work.

That neck movement freaked me out a bit too.

I'm far from an animatronic and sculpting expert, and know how difficult that can be, but that looks really rough. The face/head shape seems off which I know he wasn't as svelte in his later years as his younger ones but shew. Keep trying to figure out who that does remind me of and it'll probably pop in my head at some random moment in a few weeks.

Someone said Mr. Belvedere, which is close, but not quite right. He definitely looks like someone.

It’s weird. I was looking at a comparison photo and individually everything is right. But together it doesn’t look like him. The only thing I can think of is the eyes. Apparently there’s some sort of effect that make them twinkle(?) so I’m wondering if they made them too big so sell it.

That being said I love his movements. There are a lot of really cool, very natural animations like how he puts his hand on his hip and the hand movement he does when he says “bee.”

Now we know why Muppet*Vision had to be sacrificed to make way for Monstropolis. The Magic of Disney Animation is coming back!

Finally they got rid of launch bay (I wonder how long this was planned for, it seems like something that was delayed by the pandemic)

No
This is a major surprise but an absolute welcome one. Out of everything that I was expecting to replace launch bay, this was not one of them and I’m really excited for this. The way they phrase it makes it sound like they are going back to an education style, at least parts of it. I’m really excited for this.

I’m genuinely so angry about this.

Not because the idea is bad, I’m super excited for it. No, I’m mad because abuse round 3 of Visions Fantastic was to redo Animation Courtyard and replace Launch Bay and now I have to change it

It’s fine to just keep it in, however if you do want to change it, I would suggest replacing the other Launch Bay in Disneyland’s Tomorrowland.

They didn't reveal what the new Disney Jr show is, you could make the players (mostly in their 30s or late 20s) research toddler shows for your amusement lol

If I were to wager the most likely guess, I think they're going to do a show based around only one Disney Jr. show: Bluey. Remember, the very first Playhouse Disney show to play that theater was solely based on Bear in the Big Blue House. I have a feeling we'll be going back to that model if it means bringing everyone's favorite Australian dog and her family to the Disney Parks.
