A virtual reality ride is not neccessarily a new invention, at this point i'm puzzled what you mean by that.
However, I'm curious to know what exactly you're working on. If you're in the Netherlands that's not too far from where i live!

Yes, not even from the vast majority of CMs. I worked for TWDC.
Unless you are in a creative (Imagineer, etc.), or some other very high up position in some capacity.
I had and idea for part of a waterpark slide that I wanted to present (sketches and all). No dice.
