Virgin to Orlando - Do tell your stories?
How good is the V Lounge at Gatwick?
How good is there customer support?
Best thing and worst thing about Virgin?

Look forward to hearing your replies

weve only ever used virgin for our 7 trips, never had a problem.staff are awesome,
im a nervous flier, told them and they explained a few calming techniques and they even got the captain to come down and talk to me during flight,
as for the v room, its quiet, foods ok,its a good escape from the hecticness of the shops etc.
we highly recomend virgin and v-room
I'am also not a great flyer ( 39 years of flying and over 100 flights ) but my hostess calms me down by serving me wee cognacs on the rocks..As far as escaping the hecticness of the shops..this is good training for what lies ahead in the parks..LOL.:joyfull:

Hi, I would strongly recommend booking your flights direct with Virgin atlantic and booking your resort directly through wdw travel this will save you $$$$. We have always had great flights with VA so really recommend them however a cheaper option if flying next year might be Thomas Cook they are flying directly into MCO. ✈

I think you've been eating too many magic bridies..;)..Why would you strongly recommend booking flights with Virgin.???..They are the dearest, by far, to fly with..The economy seats are only 31" compared to Thomson Fly or Thomas Cook (33") Unless you are a major shareholder or related somehow to oor dear Richard..I've yet to see a decent price that doesn't make my eyes pop.....

Nervous flyer too but the end goal of Disney keeps me calm and my experience of Virgin staff is excellent - when we last went with Virgin some 5 years ago the in flight entertainment wasn't working - hoping there is improvement there - I am only 5 foot 8 so leg room not an issue - just want bliss for holiday x

Lol.... I meant book the flights separate to the resort and not a package through VH. But that being said I have always had flights for 2a 2c last week sept for between £1900-£2300 which I think is okay. My friends just booked with Thomas cook and they are £2100 for the same time next year so not much in it.

Ours for next year is less than 600 pp return. Total cost for 2 bed apartment at Old Key West, 2 weeks park tickets, flights for 6 people - £11k. That's for 18 nights. We book Virgin separately and hotel/tix through WDW website.

Virgin atlantic flights are cheaper than virgin holiday flights. They couldn't price match my package. My local travel agent did :) And takes us to Gatwick for free :)

VA's website doesn't let me book that far in advance
And does that Thomas cook price include hand luggage and meals :jawdrop:
