• hit printscreen - which copys whatever is on your monitor
• open photoshop
• paste
• crop out unwanted featues
• save to harddrive
• upload to photobucket
• post to WDWMagic!

Thanks guys. Just in case anyone else is interested, Facebook has an embed code that you can use for videos and pictures. Just cut and paste the code into the "insert link" box up on top of your posting screen

But it won't actually embed the video if you aren't logged in, so it's kinda worthless to those who don't partake in Facebook as we can't see it.
