Video problems!

Can someone offer some advice for a newbie? I can't seem to get any of the windows media videos to play. I am using Mac OS 10.3.3

Do you have the latest media player from here?

Thanks, but yeah, same problem. I downloaded it again, and it just says "Windows Media cannot play this file because it does not support this type of file." Any .avi video on the site appears to have the same results. Perhaps another Mac user might have a word of wisdom?

BTW I've been visiting your site for years! I'm moving to Orlando in a few weeks to be a tech for WDW Entertainment, so I figured it was time to join!

I know we have MAC users who can view the videos. Have you tried a couple of the videos? Are you able to download the video first, then play it from Media PLayer, rather than playing the video directly from the browser?

I don't know about Macs, but I presume you may need to download the latest Codecs - search for DIVX.

I guess I was assuming it would stream, but windows media player didn't like that....i, in fact, needed to download the file, then play it.
