This is exactly what i expect from Disney. Something i haven't seen before that enhances the attraction. It also makes people want to ride again to see which "scene" they will get at the end. Absolutely GREAT. Hopefully this trend to enhance rides with new technology will continue.

I've been telling myself that when there was a video of the new "Mirror" scene, that I wouldn't watch it so I could be surprised when we go in August. Then we got info on how interactive the ghosts would be, so when that video appeared today, I HAD TO WATCH!!! AWESOME!!! way to upgrade the best attraction at WDW.

I can't help but be skeptical about it. There was always something creepy about the ridgedness and simplicity of the classic hitchhikers. I'm afraid they seem to be taking it to the extreme "silly" side now. I was just reading about how when the mansion was being planned there was a debate about whether it should be scary or funny. I'd be in the scary camp(but not campy scares) because Disney has enough silly and hardly any haunting scares, just thrill scares. I'll have to see it in person though.
