From allergy free mouse... which would be a great website for you to check out...

Italy- Tutto Italia and Via Napoli

The General Manager at Via Napoli has advised us that they will not have Gluten free Pizza. However, they will have gluten free bread, a good selection of salads, rice brown pasta with three different kind of sauces, white cream with chicken and pea or seafood, pomodoro or white sauce with cheese and butter.
They can also have a grilled chicken breast with advance notice (please add this request to your Guest Allergy-Dietary Request Form).
As a dessert they can make a nice fruit cocktail, or a gluten free brownie.

It was said they went with this b/c they could guarantee flour would not be on the working service they use to make pizza, at least they are honest.
But that is the case in most places. Im really not aware of any completely gluen free restaurants, but WDW and DL are fantastic with food allergies. If the issue is cross contamination, then no restaurant is truly safe. If they dont offer gluten free crust, thats their choice (but im really surprised since they are known for their pizza), but if the reason is possible wheat contmaination, then why serve any gluten free meals.

Yeah, but not for nothing, I can't think of a single pizza-based restaurant anywhere that generally includes glutton free crusts anywhere in the US...WDW is certainly no exception...

Bostons. And the gluten free pizza menu is large. There are some ingredient limitations, but they have gluten free pizza!

You would really be surprised how many do. My local area has 4.

I agree. Almost every local pizza place in area region of Eastern PA does. The only national chain that I know for sure that does is Bostons. If you live in the Mid-Atlantic area, Grotto Pizza has the best gluten free pizza crust.
