Veteran's Day

First time greetings to all fellow Disney nuts!
Last year we took our trip to Disney World over President's Day weekend. It was TERRIBLY busy.
This year we have booked our trip over Veteran's Day so one of our sons will be able to join us.
Has anyone been to DisneyWorld over Veterans Day? Do you think we are making a mistake?
I sure would appreciate some help with this.

Epcot might be busy because of the Wine & Food festival. Otherwise,it isn't observed much anymore...my kids don't even get a day off, and only government offices and banks close.

I'm still underage for another month or so. After that it may become Wine & Food for me too, but I love food too.
