Very strange 2006-era map omission...

I'm a pretty sentimental person, and I always get the fancy Disney guidemaps they have at the airport everytime I go. It's cheesy, but it's a little piece of my childhood. So anyways, I was looking through my 2006 guidemap brochure, and Snow White's Scary Adventures is missing from the brochure entirely! It's not even marked on the map (image below, to the left of 20). I know it didn't close till 2012 or so, and I can't imagine why it was omitted. I don't think it went though any serious renovations in the last few years... anyone got anything?

That is odd. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer. Maybe it was closed for refurbishment. But I've never seen an attraction down for refurb omitted from the map.

sometimes a typo is just a typo...
but you could also imagine that TPTB originally had plans to close Snow White before they had a "replacement" in the Mine Train. I'd be interested in cross-referencing when the Fantasyland Expansion was first announced. Perhaps there is correlation.

Yeah the FL expansion construction started about 4-5 years or so after this. So most likely just an oversight/typo. ;)

Here's a theory....I see #19 is Cinderellabration. Was this a new/short term show? Assuming so, the previous map version perhaps had Snow White as 19 and the graphics person just moved 19 to the castle and overlooked moving the other attractions down a number on the list, ie making Snow 20, Pooh 21, etc.

I clicked on this hoping for some clever/funny thoughts though. My response is boring. Can someone please be funny with this?

Wasn't Cinderellabration one of the things that was in WDW in connection with Disneylands 50th Anniversary celebration which would have been in 2005, but, most everything stayed for a while after that date. I don't know if Cinder was or not, but, we got Soarin, and LMA at the same time. One other as well, but, I don't remember what it was off the top of my head.

Boring? No, not so much. Most plausible! Good thinking.

Also, no Timekeeper / Milf. This did change in that period.

I have this vague recollection of this coming up on here back then, but I don't have time to search at the moment.
