What are the differences between Moderates and Values, I have always stayed at a Moderate, but what are the pros and cons of the values and moderates, because Pop looks awesome, and so does All Star Movies. Also what decade is best at the Pop Century?

Some of you may think this is odd, but the only thing I don't like about the moderates is the dining plan. That is if it's free. I would rather have the Quick Service plan. We found we didn't like having to be in certain place at a certain time. Yes you are getting a great meal but with the tip you really aren't gaining much if you are going on a budget. So, if there is a dining plan offer I go with Value. If not, I generally look for good discounts and like sbkline does and stay at a moderate. POFQ is our favorite.

kinda odd thinkg huh?

We stay at value resorts all the time. We have stayed at the Poly, Contemporary, FW cabins in the past but for just the two of us values offer all we need. If we want a sit down meal, we go out for one. If we want something to grab and head back to the room, or to a patio outside, we can. The joys of traveling to WDW without children are many!

Mods for us all the way. Resort amenities, grounds, food, just all better. Plus you do not have to herd to one bus stop as there a re numerous ones at mods. The mods have a more relaxed feel to them, not all masses. Private pools for each section as well. Yes we like the values, but now just need a bit more, nice bars, hot tubs, quieter place, less crowdedness, water slides for the kids, and so on. It's not just a room for us, it's a home for a week.
