$1 - Meet and Greet, Re-Theme An Existing Shop/Restaurant/Show, Walk-Through/Exhibit
$2 - Flat Ride, Restaurant, Shop
$3 - 4-D Show, Live Entertainment, Refurbishment
$4 - Dark Ride
$5 - E-Ticket

Additional:
If you remove an attraction and leave it to rot without replacement you get $1.

I will replace the Backlot Tour with RSR and the Crush Coaster will go next to TSM. Ratatouille will partially take the footprint of LMA, with the rest being left open for expansion. American Idol will be left open for event space/future expansion. Indy will be replaced with the speeder bikes. Mos Eisley would fill the space currently taken up by echo lake. Sounds Dangerous will become the new shop for Star Wars Land. The rest should be self explanatory.
