Using Visa Discount at Restaurants

I just saw that Jiko gives a 10% discount if you have the Disney Visa card...do I have to tell them to give me this, or will it automatically happen when I give them the card?

I find that you always need to tell them no matter what the discount.

I'd tell them. I'd also check the receipt to make sure it was applied. They get busy and it's easy to forget.

I would think that if they run the number on the Disney Visa Card, the reader would already know but I agree you should show them the card and request the discount. I don't have one but I do have the Tables in Wonderland card which I definitely have to give them so they can scan that and receive the 20% discount (includes automatic 18% gratuity) at select locations.

Well, I forgot to mention the discount at GF Cafe and the server most certainly did not give it to me. She was terrible.
