Using ticket for golf

A while ago I recieved information in the mail saying that since PI has closed that if you have some kind of ticket you can use it for playing Golf. Does anyone remember those details? I gave it to my dad and he has lost it and wants to maybe play some while we are down for the holidays.

I mainly want to know which kind of ticket and if the round counts for one park admission or what. Thanks

The "Water Parks & More" add-on had admissions to Disney Quest, the Water Parks and PI clubs included. When they closed the PI clubs they said you could use that admission to golf instead. The regular Theme Park admission won't get you a round of golf.

It's also only at certain courses (can't remember which ones myself).

I believe it's only Oak Trail, the 9-hole walking course by the Palm and Magnolia courses.

A round of golf at Oak Trail is $38, which is about on-par (pun intended) with a water park or DisneyQuest admission. Compare that to the four 18-hole courses, which range from $89 to $154, depending on the course and season.
