TA’s run with what Disney releases. When we used a TA we usually knew about the deals that were coming out before they did. Using various Dis sites you can get a heads up. Sometimes deals are seasonal and you can get an idea of what time frame they historically were released. Sometimes Dis decides to structure a deal depending on how badly they want to drive people in.

Thank you for the information. I was hoping they may get some deals, only because I would imagine they do not work for free, so how do they make a profit.

And to let you know, there are TA’s who will book your trip who have very little knowledge or experience around Disney and then there are Disney Specialists who have been trained by Disney, have personal experience with the parks, cruises and adventures. They know Disney inside and out. They can help you make the important decisions needed to ensure a successful trip. They advise you and guide you through all the nuance's of the Disney process and will even be available to you as you are on your trip.

Honestly I am hoping they can put together a package they may just be a little less expensive than what I am coming up with on my own. I have vacationed at WDW 7 times since 2014.

A travel agent gets discounts added to your vacation for you instead of you having to do it yourself. They can also suggest different resorts, park tickets, dining reservations, etc that maybe you don't know about already. If nothing else, using a travel agent means you are helping a small business. They get the commission vs the commission goes back in to the company's pocket, no matter what company you use! (ex: Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, etc) You do want to make sure they are not charging you a planning fee (unless you booked the vacation yourself) and they are quick to respond. The point of a TA is to keep on top of those deals so you don’t have to. And they’ll likely have advance notice of new deals coming.
Also a TA may offer their own deals, like a gift card for example.

I doubt you’ll get around the deluxe resorts being ridiculously expensive. Two options I can think of:
1. Rent DVC points to theoretically get deluxe-level accommodations at a moderate price.
2. Split stay - do a few nights at Pop Century before transferring to a deluxe to finish your trip. Especially if you can align Pop (or similar) to the priciest nights of the week.
