My vacation package for WDW for October is paid in full and was a US Airways package I have purchased from my travel agent. If US Airways would fall......what the heck would happen to my paid for trip?

Charlotte is USAir's headquarters and HUB. I have a dozen friends who work for the Airline. It was the cities largest employer (now BofA) It's not going anywhere. It was big news here that the talks ended last year, with the downturn in travel.
If you've purchased a ticket, the airline is responsible for getting you there. They have to put you on another airline.

Nothing better happen to US Airways.....They're taking me to WDW Oct 2. Now if they don't bring me back on the 11th....I guess I'll just have to stay.
SWA doesn't like New Jersey or Philadelphia for some reason. Those of you with pull at SWA... see if you can't do something about that.

Mention Charlotte too. US Air has a strangle hold on Charlotte. It's one of THE most expensive to fly from. You'd be a hero if you could fix that.
