upgrading tickets (part of package)

trying to avoid having to call Disney.
I have a WDW pkg booked (and paid in full) with 4-day park hoppers.
Can I wait until I get there and add a day? not to the hotel but to the park tickets? thx

Yes, you can definitely do that after you get there, and you can do it at Guest Services at your resort if you want - rather than having to stand in line at a park GS location. Also, you can add a day(s) to your tickets after you have started to use them, just don't wait until you have used all the days you originally purchased (like the day after - if you do that, they will charge you for a completely new ticket, so it would be at the higher "Day 1" price). As long as you still have some time left on your tickets (even during the last day), it's fine to add days, and for just the price of an add'l day.

You can do that. I once added a day before I left. luckily I had a receipt. When I tried to enter a park on that extra day it did not show up on my ticket. I went to guest relations and they didn't have a record of me adding a day. HOWEVER, they gave me a day pass for that park anyways. I always take all my receipts with me and any other information I need. I returned from the park I was at and was going to another park for the evening. I took my receipt to the front desk of my resort where it showed I had added a day and they gave me new park tickets.

If I were to do it again, I would wait and add it when I got there.
