Upgrade room on disney cruise

Hi Everyone

My wife and I are going on a 3 day cruise next month and will be staying at a Disey Resort for a few day before the cruise. We booked resort and cruise seperetly due to rooms discount at POR.

We have a cat 11 room now but I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade once at the POR or before we board the boat. And do you get a discount sometimes if rooms are available?

Seems like on my cruise on April 29th lots of rooms are still showing..

Your best bet is to checkin at the port then after you check in you can go to the supervisor desk to ask about upgrades and they can tell you what is available and how much it will cost.

It may or may not be discounted, it depends.

I answered this on your last question about upgrading your cabin.

If you are among the first to arrive at the terminal, you increase your chances of upgrading. If there are empty cabins they will sell them on a first come first serve basis at a discounted price.

If there's still lots of cabins showing, you've got decent odds. But get to the terminal early! They go fast!
