heard that overcrowding and long waits for busses is getting people this massive upgrade, true?am going there mid=april, how can i get this?

While it is theoretically possible, it is highly doubtful this is true. There are many other resorts on property, and the Grand Floridian would be one of the last places they would upgrade someone to from All-Star Movies. Even if it has been happening, there is nothing you can do to get the upgrade. It would just be luck of the draw.

If Disney is having bussing issues at ASMo so massive that they are wholesale upgrading people, they will fix the bussing issues so they can stop upgrading people. Sorry.

This is absolutely true! I am a member of the Orlando forum on Trip Advisor and a member posted about getting this upgrade this morning! I wonder if it is because of yesterday's flood.
That said, upgrades are typically random and you can't do anything to get one.

I’ve seen a couple of reports of a flood but haven’t heard where the flood was. How bad was it and was it just at one building? If so, which building?
People on social media are also posting about upgrades to Bay Lake Towers and Grand Floridian. I’m currently in the unlucky group without an upgrade at the moment. Fingers crossed for an upgrade!

All Star Movies is now open, so you book like you would any resort.

We stayed in Fantasia building 5 over the weekend, on the first floor. No issues.
Also had no problems with the bus service. All Star Movies is using luxury motor coaches (like DME) that hold more people than Disney buses so waits aren’t long.

All Star Movies Is sold out a tremendous number of days between now and next summer because it’s the only All Star that you can book, and despite what everyone on Disney message boards say about them, they are the most popular resorts a Walt Disney World.
I would suggest if you are having trouble, asking a travel agent for help. They are free.
