I really don't see them going much further north due to the proximity of the firework launch site. Also don't see them moving that since it is placed in relation to the castle.

Something like a BatB dark ride could be built without an issue with the fireworks. Actually the roof could then be used as another launch point. Also, an indoor area north of the tents is possible because, well, it is indoors. Perhaps a restaurant or theater and show. Just a possibility for the longer term.

Anyone know if the new Dumbo will be outfitted to match the current one, and if we will get the DLish water feature like the art suggests?

At D23 Expo I asked an Imagineers and he confirmed you will be flying over water like in Disneyland
