Google maps have been updated to show early ground work at FLE

You can see land clearing for little mermaid and 2 retention ponds

I guess DAK will add something down the road sooner or later with that large clearing. I know it's been like that for sometime now.

That large cleared area in the north east part of the park has been there since the park opened, so it's not really an indication of when or even if they will build something there.

Look to the north of Cinderella's castle. It says, "Cinderella's Castle and Disneyland"

The only reason I joined this site was because I spotted that weird clearing outside the train tracks on google maps the other day...

I couldn't tell if it was some secret construction site, or if they were just expanding the water reservoir on the north edge of it...

I guess I'll have to stay tuned for more details

That image is from early May of 2010. I'd imagine that they would update the imagery soon.
