It's that time again and maybe Disneyland can get a boost in attendance. My cousin and his buddies are going to partake in DLR park and resort hotel activities this weekend. I believe the WDW Gay Days is in June.

This will be the first Gay Days weekend I will miss in a long time. I’ve been going every year for the past three or four years.

I remember one year, where the Angels made the Playoffs, so many folks were wearing Red shirts to support the baseball team, not the event. We were playing Is the person an Angels Fan, or a Gay Day attendee.......

There was a lot of confusion that weekend.

Excessive flamboyancy.

It’s not bad, there is a lot of people wearing red but I haven’t seen any obnoxious behavior (as I like to go in early October so I’ve been here for a few of them) unlike the one time I was in Orlando, just a lot of people having fun. As I’m single and not gay, I’ve made it a point to not wear red to avoid assumptions by attendees but the fact of the matter is that there is a large overlap between the Disney fan community and the LGBT community so these people are normally in the park anyways it’s just they’re not as obvious. Other then heavier crowds there is really no difference.
