Its from the old fantasyland in DL, I'm pretty sure its where the dumbo ride is now. It was like a miniland for Peter Pan. The boat was a play area and there were play caves in the skull part. If you remember from the movie there was a skull rock. It was all torn out and was supposed to be relocated to the back of Fantasyland but during the transport of the boat it fell apart so they said "eh whatever" and didnt rebuild any of it.

That is, as mentioned before, from the original Fantasyland in Disneyland, CA. Here are two Yesterland articles about it:

I recall reading that they'd planned to move the pirate ship to another part of Fantasyland, but it was structurally unsound and fell apart in the process of moving it.
