I was never disputing the testing status, never even brought it up. Only the vaccination Proof. And the vaccination proof is not happening in florida.

Again, requiring proof of vaccination is allowed in Florida so long as written proof is not the only criteria. The Norwegian Cruise Line injunction points out that it would be perfectly legal for a business to only serve customers who verbally confirm their vaccination status.

I went on a cruise two weeks ago, they're dirt cheap BTW. We had to have vaccine proof and a negative test within 48 hours of boarding that was leaving out of Port Canaveral.
