These look nice.

I can't help but see what appears to be a reskin of an Endless Summer resort in that final picture that shows the pool area with the hotel behind it.

Whether it is or isn't, I hope they learned their lesson with the soundproofing between rooms/floors from those two builds which were meant to fill this same approximate price point.
They didn't, these are just a place to shower and sleep

Ugg... That's what we booked Dockside for the one time we stayed there and the sleep part was hard when it sounded like there was a party happening either above or next to us until around 3am.

We called down to the desk around midnight and it never really got better. It wasn't until after that stay we found out sound between rooms was a pretty common complaint at that location.

I don't think thier target guest demographics would be for a lengthy stay at either new hotel. More along the lines of All Stars in terms of room size, density, and amenities. Nice enough to get cleaned up and a night's sleep, but not to hang out at.
