it's not the first time they've been last in Orlando theme park wages ;)

Good for Universal... hopefully they can improve their service now... or perhaps this was just a ploy to keep a union from forming :lookaroun

This is great news for UO employees. I've had nothing but great, friendly experiences with them and I think this will make the service even better.
