Universal prices rise!

I think Universal:

  • Never will catch up with Disney

    Votes: 4 22.2%
  • Should stick to making horror movies and air them on Nick by mistake

I agree with the others. Your opening line is about cost rising and your poll is different. Both WDW and UNI prices are rising. This does go hand in hand with new attractions and of course the age old rule of supply and demand.

Yep, apologies, new around here. Thought it would be a fun yet informative place to be!
I've checked the rules, everything seems to be 'on topic' but I will probably think twice before using a bit of good old british humour again!

Forgive me. Next trip, I will visit Gatorland and feed myself slowly to Chester as punishment! :devilish:

No need for that Kevo. Your post was perfect and the poll did not match the title. No need for Gator feeding here. Besides, death has no future in it. I think what you need is a good Dose of Spiderman followed by the new HP to open and this will straighten you out my friend. Don't leave and continue to post.

No, it's too late for kind words now, I am going to gorge myself at the Toluca Legs Turkey Co and maybe not go to Gatorland, but the vultury place in Harmabe to be pecked senseless until there's not much left of me at all.

I'll teach you a lesson!
Damn it, I'm $4 short to get in.......

I'm sure with Harry spread over two parks this year that they want to cash in on that fact. The one day tripper who wants to see Potter will pretty much be forced into a park hopper.
lots of impromptu upgrades inside the single parks!

Just another attempt at Uni execs to increase the size of their yatchs.
I wonder if one of them is in a direct fight with Iger on who is gonna get a bigger one.
"- I WILL GET a 100 FOOT YATCHT!"
"-O YEAH? I WILL GET THEN A 110 FOOT ONE!!"
and so on..

(aka the equivalent of a 9 year old "my dad is better than your dad" fight but for rich men.)

Tried to buy 2 day hopper ticket for August online before the price hike went into effect there - sadly theres an expiration date of May. No way to avoid the increase I'm guessing.

I think you are incorrect: Yesterday I bought two 3day park to park tickets and the have no expiration dates. Neither is it written anywhere in the website nor is it written in the print at home tickets.

Where did you saw the May expiration date? I think you can buy online tickets as usually, with no expiraton day, although I read somewhere that the prices also will rise tomorrow online.

Edit: The 2+1 offer does expire in may 22th, but not the regular tickets.

What do you mean "regular" tickets?

I think I understand - in fact, I just bought the "regular" 2 day ticket since thats all we needed. Thanks for the head's up! I never thought the expiration was only for the extra day deal.
