Universal Mastercard

Hey, I was one of those people with the old Universal Discover cards before they discontinued the rewards program and went strictly Platinum.

Well, today I got an exclusive offer to sign up for the new Universal Entertainment Mastercard with all new theme park tickets, perks, and vacation packages rewards.

I thought this was interesting since Disney VISA rewards card is due out this year. Seems both companies are going to not only change to the widespread Credit Card Companies but also go head to head with one another with Park Perks to entice customers to spend their "loaned" money by either supporting Universal or Disney. This could get Ugly. :lol:

Well, just to keep this in the current news for a few days, I guess I need an interactive discussion to keep it in the threads, so who plans to get one, or who doesn't and why?

Will you get the Disney one over this one, will you get both, or neither?

I'm undecided, I am getting the Disney VISA, but don't know about this one.

Well, this one would be better to me because I already own a Mastercard, so I wouldn't have 2 cards. Now, I wish Disney had Mastercard, but...

What I would like to know is if Internationals can acquire this.
