What are the Universal Express attractions at both US and IOA? Does this system work exactly like Fast Pass?

Basically All the attractions have Express Pass..(Spiderman, Hulk, DD, Ripsaw, Popeyes, MIB, Back to the Future, Jaws, Twister....THE LIST GOES ONNNN.........it is a lot cooler then Fastpass too, like computers you pick your time....you can choose from diferent times....its great........
